Goods from Samsung / Apple / Huawei / Guess and other brands sold by Azcom BV are covered by a 3 month warranty. The Celly brand has a warranty of one year.

Transport damage: if your package is damaged during transport, please report this to the shipping company or transport company as soon as possible.

Wrong order: if you ordered an item incorrectly, please report this by email within 7 days of receipt. Returns are then at your own expense. You can always visit the store and we will solve the problem together.
All items must be new and unopened for exchange or return. Each return must include a delivery note with a brief description of the error. If this is not the case, the return will not be accepted. The guarantee is limited to factory defects and damage not caused by use.
